My Role

As Lead Front-End & UX Developer, I managed both UX and UI across TEMPUR's global e-commerce platforms and internal tools. My responsibilities included:

• Building and maintaining scalable Figma design systems
• Enhancing user journeys and improving interface consistency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business and user goals
• Delivering a unified digital brand experience
• Streamlining the customer journey and improving product discovery

Outcome

More than just memory foam, TEMPUR-Material^™ delivers unmatched pressure relief and motion control — and the redesigned digital experience reflected that. The updated UX resulted in a faster, smoother shopping journey that encouraged exploration and conversion.
